These terms apply to bookings made with Strippers in Houston and to use of this website. By booking with us you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask before you book.
You must be 18 or over
This website and everything we do is for adults aged 18 and over. Everyone present at a booking must be 18 or over. We reserve the right to ask for identification and to end a booking on the spot, without refund, if anyone underage is present.
What we are, and what we are not
We are an adult entertainment booking agency. Our performers provide entertainment: dancing, costume routines, hosting and bar service. That is the entire service.
We are not an escort service. Nothing beyond the agreed performance is on offer, at any price, under any circumstances. We do not accept bookings that request otherwise and we will end any booking where it is suggested. This is not negotiable and there is no discussion to be had about it on the night.
Conduct during a booking
These rules protect our performers and your night equally. Everyone present is expected to follow them.
- No touching unless the performer initiates it as part of the routine.
- No photography or video without the performer’s explicit permission. This applies to everyone in the room.
- No harassment of any kind, verbal or physical.
- Performers set their own boundaries and we support them without exception.
Our performers may end a booking immediately if these rules are broken, if they feel unsafe, or if the environment is not what was described when the booking was made. No refund is given in those circumstances. Whoever made the booking is responsible for briefing their group beforehand.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are arranged by phone. Nothing is confirmed until we have agreed the date, time, location, performer and price with you directly.
A deposit secures the booking. The balance is settled with the performer on arrival, before the performance begins. Cash is preferred.
Prices are quoted per booking and depend on the number of performers, the length of the booking, your location and the day. The price we quote you on the phone is the price. Tips are entirely at your discretion and are separate from the booking fee.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or move a booking, call us as early as you can. Deposits are generally non-refundable, since we have turned down other work to hold that slot, but we will always try to move a booking to another date rather than simply keeping it.
If we cannot fulfil a booking — illness, a vehicle problem, something outside our control — we will tell you as soon as we know and either send an alternative performer or refund your deposit in full. That is our commitment.
If our performer arrives and the booking cannot go ahead because of something at your end — nobody home, wrong address, venue refusing entry, the group not being in a fit state — the booking is treated as fulfilled and no refund is due.
Your responsibilities as the host
- Provide an accurate address and a working contact number.
- Make sure you have permission to hold the booking at that location. If it is a hotel, rental, venue or workplace, that means their permission.
- Provide a safe, private space with somewhere to change and room to perform.
- Have someone sober enough to handle the arrival and settle the balance.
- Brief your group on the conduct rules above before the performer arrives.
Substitutions
We book from a roster of independent performers and availability changes. Where you have booked from a shortlist, we will send someone from it. Where you have paid a premium for a specific named performer and they become unavailable through illness or emergency, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund of your deposit. We will never substitute without telling you first.
Alcohol and drugs
Alcohol at your event is your responsibility, including making sure everyone drinking is of legal age. Our performers may decline to begin or continue a booking if the group is intoxicated to the point of being unsafe or unmanageable. Illegal drugs at a booking will end it immediately, without refund.
Discretion and privacy
We do not discuss bookings with anyone outside those involved in fulfilling them, and we do not confirm bookings to third parties who ask. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
We ask the same of you in return: do not photograph, record or publicly identify our performers without their permission.

Liability
Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for anything that happens at your event outside our performers’ direct conduct, including the behaviour of your guests, damage to your property or venue, or any consequence of the event itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book is the one that applies to your booking.
